On November 26, at the Sololearn office, “The Better Workplace” event organized by Pecha Kucha Yerevan և Kiraki Development Foundation took place.
During the “20-slide x 20-second” discussions, our speakers raised a number of questions about employment, labor rights, and their protection: How do we ensure accountable and inclusive employment, how do we ensure employee safety, health, and improve the economic security for independent workers? How do we address growing concerns of privacy and work-from-home burnout? We heard from self-employed individuals, trade unions, labour rights advocates, talent managers and policy makers, sharing their perspectives in the local Armenian context.
