Labour Rights Trainings

On July 11 labor law courses were launched within the framework of ‘Labour Action: Collaborative Effort for Accountable and Inclusive Employment project.

The 11-day courses were held in the central and regional structures of the RA health and labor inspection body and were combined with legal consultations.

The inspectors of the HLIB’s head office and regional units participated in the seminars held for the purpose of capacity building.

The seminar was conducted by the selected expert, attorney Nerses Aghababyan.

In the first course, the prerequisites of labor relations and the connection between labor relations and social order were discussed.

The seminars were aimed at improving the professional skills of inspectors of the central apparatus of HLIB and labor legislation control units of regional centers.

During the seminars, legal expert Nerses Aghababyan presented the judicial practice of resolving labor disputes in our country and the features of the application of legal tools for control over labor law.
